Is the rattan furniture I would like to buy really in stock with you and will I get delivery within 5 working days?

The answer to this is simple, YES!
If the furniture you are looking at on our website shows it is in stock then we do have the stock in our Midlands based, warehousing facility. We deliver all UK Mainland deliveries within 5 working days. We receive so many phone calls from customers saying they have been let down by other internet sites and therefore they are understandably wary. However, after receiving first class customer service from Wovenhill they are overjoyed and our excellent reviews, word of mouth recommendations and repeat business are testament to this. I work all day and need to know when delivery will be
Smaller items (Cabinets/Wicker storage Baskets etc) are dispatched via Parcel Force and if nobody is in they will leave a contact card asking you to call them to arrange suitable redelivery day. If you think you may be out please arrange delivery instructions to help the courier i.e. leave with neighbour at No. 10.
Larger items (Sofas/Chairs etc): we do not dispatch larger items without our customer service team firstly contacting the customer via email or telephone to agree a suitable convenient delivery date in advance.


Can I leave my Rattan Garden Furniture Sets outside all year round?
Yes, our outdoor rattan furniture is very high quality and will not fade, crack or peel. The frames are made from high quality grade aluminium therefore will not rust. The weave can withstand high levels of sun, rain, frost, snow etc. The furniture can be kept outside all year round, even right by the sea! The cushion covers are removable and cleanable and are also shower proof. Beware of companies selling outdoor furniture with normal cushions which are not shower proof. As much as we love the UK, the likely hood of getting caught in a shower of rain is quite high. Our cushions will allow a quick, short shower of rain to just roll off the material and dry within minutes in the sun again. With normal cushion material the shower will go straight through and make the foam damp and then mouldy as it dries. After a period of time these cushions will not be very pleasant smelling! Cushions whether shower proof or not should be stored indoors when not in use. This does prolong the lifespan of the cushions and protects them from various weather conditions, dirt and bird mess etc.


Can I come and view the garden rattan furniture in a showroom?

Yes of course, we welcome our customers to come and visit us. Although we have several thousand customers each year who buy large quantities or rattan garden furniture without viewing and are entirely satisfied with their purchase. There are others who would prefer to view and we totally understand this. We are open Monday to Friday during the winter season and also open every Saturday throughout the summer. Which is the best way to pay for my rattan furniture?
We have various secure methods available so that you can choose which best suits your requirements. We accept most debit and credit cards and also accept BACS payments or cheques. These can be viewed fully on our payment options page.


Will I have a warranty with my outdoor rattan furniture?
Yes. Our Outdoor Rattan Furniture is covered with a 3 year warranty* please see our full terms and conditions for details. The furniture however has a life expectancy of over ten years!
If you visit our showroom, ask to see the six year old table which has been outside for 5 years and then was put in the showroom as we were low on stock. I would challenge you to tell the difference from this year’s stock!


Which Garden Sofa Set will go best with one of our Garden Dining Sets?
Any of our garden sofa sets or individual items will match with any of our garden dining sets as the weave is the same throughout our product ranges. Any rattan garden furniture on our website which is black (for example) will match any other black rattan garden furniture, ie rattan sun loungers, rattan cube garden furniture, garden daybed, garden dining sets, lazy susans, rattan bistro set etc etc


Do you sell to Trade or Commercial Customers?

Yes. Our furniture is a very high quality Rattan Weave. We are the favourite suppliers to many hotels, Spas, night clubs, guest houses, golf clubs, events companies, polo grounds, holiday parks, Olympic villages, TV shows, including Big Brother and ITN coverage of Royal Wedding and Queens Jubilee. Our prices are hugely competitive anyway but we always do our best to be even more competitive on the larger commercial orders whenever we can.


How would we clean our Rattan Garden Furniture?
Rattan Garden Furniture Sets are low maintenance and can withstand the outdoor life all year round.
Cleaning your Rattan Garden set should be done with a damp cloth, sponge or hose pipe. Mild soaps such as washing up liquid can be used on tougher marks. It really is as easy as that!


Seat Pads and Cushions

Q. Does the furniture come complete with seat pads and cushions?
A. All of our furniture sets come complete with the seat pads/cushions unless clearly stated otherwise.

Q. Are the seat pads/cushions washable?
A. All the covers are easily removable and are washable on a gentle cycle and line-dried.

Q. Can seat pads/cushions be purchased in other styles and colours?
A. We only sell our sets with neutral coloured seat pads/cushions.

Q. On outdoor furniture, are the seat pads/cushions showerproof?
A. On all of our outdoor furniture, the seat pads and cushions are shower proof and can withstand outdoor living although we recommend they are kept inside when not in use or during bad weather.

Q. Do you sell replacements or spares?
A. Yes we can supply replacement cushions and replacement seat pads and covers for our rattan furniture (with or without foam). These can be useful if the rattan garden furniture is being used in a holiday home as you can have a spare set for cleaning if required. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
