Customer Service and Sales

This role is to start late March 2017 and finish late August 2017 

MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB  

  • To be the first point of call for the company within the office and showroom. 
  • Confidently dealing with customer service emails, calls and processing of orders.
  • Offer administrative support.  

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES     ·       

  • Answering the telephone
  • Responding to customer service e-mails and telephone calls.
  • Serving customers in the showroom. ·
  • Processing orders ·  
  • Assisting with the dispatch of orders on the computer system
  • Administrative support, including printing of product information for customers and updating stock.    

PERSON SPECIFICATION  

The ideal candidate will be computer literate, able to work as part of a small team and flexible in their job role. They will also have a good sense of humour and have their own transport due to our rural location just outside Stratford upon Avon. The role will suit a confident, polite, bubbly personality with customer service experience, although training will be provided.

HOURS Monday - Friday 08.30 -17.00

 

Saturday Customer Service and Sales Assistant

This role is to start Late March 2017 and finish late August 2017

HOURS Saturdays 10.00 -16.00

 

 

Warehouse Person

This role is to start Early April and finish late August 2017.

MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB

  • Helping pick and pack orders.
  • General warehouse Duties
  • Loading and Unloading of Vehicles.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Fork Lift Licence an advantage but not necessary 
  • Some items are bulky and some are fairly heavy so being able to manage these a must, 

PERSON SPECIFICATION   

The applicant will need to be able to work on own and part of a team. Must be physically fit with a flexible approach to work duties.​ 

HOURS 08.30 start and finish 17.00  Monday to Friday.
