Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Wovenhill.
You are more than welcome to return your item(s) within 14
calendar days from the date you have received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same
condition as received and in its original packaging
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning
your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wovenhill can arrange for a collection on your behalf at the cost of £9.99, this will be deducted from your refund once the
item is received at Wovenhill.
If this is something you wish to proceed with
please email email@example.com with your order number and a day of your choice (Monday – Friday) on
which you would like the collection to take place.
(Please note we use DPD for
this service and they are unable to offer specific time slots)
As we are an online only company with no retail premises
we cannot trade as such, therefore, we are unable to accept returns in person.
Once the goods have been received and inspected, we will refund via the
original payment method used to purchase your item(s) within 48 hours. It may
take longer to show on your statement depending on your card issuer.
